What is Game4Together and how does it work?

Game4Together is a desktop application that lets you play synchronized browser games with your friends in real-time. Simply create a room, invite your friends with a unique link, and start playing together. The app synchronizes your gameplay so everyone sees the same thing at the same time โ€“ zero latency, maximum fun.

Is Game4Together free to use?

Yes! Game4Together offers a free Starter plan that includes 720p streaming, standard sync, and access to public rooms. If you want premium features like 1080p/4K streaming, private rooms, and an ad-free experience, you can upgrade to our Pro ($4.99/mo) or Ultimate ($9.99/mo) plans.

What are the system requirements?

Game4Together requires Windows 10/11 or macOS 12+ to run. You'll also need a stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download speed for smooth gameplay. For the best experience with 4K HDR streaming, we recommend 25 Mbps or higher.

How do I create or join a room?

To create a room, click the "Create Room" button in the top-right corner of the app. You can set the game, room name, and choose whether it's public or private. To join a room, you can either browse public rooms on the homepage and click "Join Room", or enter a room invite link shared by a friend.

Can I play with friends on different operating systems?

Absolutely! Game4Together is fully cross-platform. A player on Windows can seamlessly play with someone on macOS. All you need is the Game4Together app installed on your device, and you're good to go.

Is my data safe and encrypted?

Yes, security is a top priority. All data transmitted through Game4Together is protected with end-to-end encryption. Your personal information, chat messages, and gameplay data are fully encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your data with third parties.

How many people can join a single room?

The maximum number of players depends on your plan. Free users can have up to 4 players in a room. Pro users can host up to 10 players, and Ultimate users can host up to 25 players per room. Public rooms also support thousands of viewers who can watch the gameplay live.

Why is my stream lagging or buffering?

Lag or buffering is usually caused by a slow internet connection. Make sure you have at least 5 Mbps download speed. You can also try: lowering the stream quality in Settings, closing background apps that use bandwidth, switching to a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi, or restarting the app. If the issue persists, check our status page for any ongoing server issues.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

You can manage your subscription from the app by going to Settings โ†’ Account โ†’ Subscription. From there, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel, your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refund is issued for partial months.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam/junk folder. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security reasons.
